Nick Clegg: Keynote speaker at Progressive Society Conference

The Liberal Democrats are now the only hope for a progressive future in Britain. Labour has failed to correct the grossly unfair society that Conservative governments created. A one day conference on Saturday 17th January 2009 in Central London, will discuss the issues and seek to develop Party policy, with a keynote speech by Lib Dem Leader Nick Clegg.

All members are welcomed to this meeting and help us develop our policies to:

open up opportunities to all
help struggling households
and meet Britain's environmental commitments without burdening the poor.

We can build a fair society that offers opportunities for everyone, addresses the stresses that modern families are under and gives young people hope for a better future.
