Kent County Council Lib Dems are holding their Autumn Training Seminar on Saturday 27 September from 09:30* - 13:00, Invicta House, County Road, Maidstone
The timetable looks as follows:
*08:30 - 09.30 CAMPAIGN CO-ORDINATING COMMITTEE MEETING - for Constituency Chairpersons, Campaign Managers, County Council Candidates and Council Group Leaders only
Norman Baker MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Transport will be speaking on "The Value of asking Questions and how this related to Councillors' scrutiny function."

"How to inspect and question your Council's budget" by David Lewis, Treasurer to the Kent Police Authority (& former Director of Finance, KCC)
"Helping your group find talented and diverse council candidates". KCC Lib Dems are please to announce Cllr Laura Willoughby, Islington Council will be running this workshop, which replaces the Media Workshop
"Countdown to 2009 County Campaign" by Season Prater, Kent Development Officer, South East Lib Dems
and there will also be a photo opportunity with Norman Baker MP
